Jeanine began tattooing in 1992 at The Cracker Box
in Estes Park, Colorado. For the next couple of years, she tattooed on
the road at conventions. Then in 1994, Jeanine opened Lady of the Lake
Tattoos. Over the years. Jeanine has appeared in many magazines and also
in the book, Electric Tattooing by Women: 1900-2003 by Madame Chinchilla.
In her free time, Jeanine teaches disease prevention seminars and sponsors
the Colorado Colorfest Tattoo Competition twice
a year. Jeanine enjoys tattooing custom work and cover-ups.
Her biggest accomplishment... "To have stayed as enthusiastic and excited about tattooing as the first time I did one." |

"My love for tattooing is deep
and rooted in a lifelong passion and appreciation for all of the arts.
This love is fueled by all of the wonderful blessings this amazing art form has provided and colored by a life rich with experience and adventure... After travelling extensively and learning from many other tattoo artists that I admire (usually accompanied by my mother, Jackie), I find myself contently tattooing in my own personal space, Lady of the Lake Tattoos in Loveland, Colorado, for the past thirteen years. There I ride, work, watch the sun set over the Rocky Mountains and help to make the world a more colorful place to live!! |
